Active member and collaborator of the IGF Best Practice Forum (BPF) on Cybersecurity. +20 years of experience in private companies in the field of Information and Communication Technologies, in the implementation of solutions and management of ICT projects. Professor, project manager and FabLab manager at the Costa Rican Universidad Técnica Nacional.
