Canon printer’s offline problem is one of the standard issues that most Canon users face. It occurs if you have not selected the right printer as a default printing device or due to wireless LAN connectivity issues. To fix why is my canon printer offline, go to the Devices and Printer section and right-click the Canon printer icon, choose Use Printer Online from the drop-down list. Another solution to fix Canon offline printer issue is to resist the router, check the wires, and replace any bad cable. Please make sure all the connections are intact at their place. Lastly, you will have to go to your Canon account to update drivers and check for other fixes.
