Bio

I am an enthusiastic , hardworking and creative professional translator&proofreader. I graduated in Translation and Interpretation in 2008 , but I had already studied English Philology , up to diploma level . I began translating and interpreting for canmaking company in Zaragoza, before becoming a professional translator. However, I made my first translation of a story when I was only 12 years ; this is to show my early vocation for translation.
In college, I majored in technical and literary translation. I am involved in a research group associated with the translation of African literature : Afriqana.org . Besides in the faculty I got training onand computer-assisted translation tools; since then I use them in combination with machine translation, just to speed up my pace of translation.
I was trained in orthotypographical and style proofreading and checking.

I have ben orking independently since I finished studying, for some agencies in general texts , marketing , advertising, technical fields (industrial production , lubricants, automotive manuals, new technologies, agribusiness, etc. ) , Web content. Although any topic seems interesting , my passion is the translation of issues related to sustainability , the environment, ecology, social economy , international development cooperation , human rights, appropriate technology , intentional communities, ecovillages, biomass, renewable energy and related topics .
