Graduated as Electrical Engineer from the Universidad Nacional del Sur in 1984, he obtained the Doctorate in Engineering in 1998. His main research area is in real time modeling and scheduling for embedded systems. He is a full professor in digital circuit design. During the doctorate period he concentrated on the modeling of hard real-time systems providing analytical schedulability tests for real time systems with heterogeneous, functional and not functional, requirements.
