Bio

The Design and Research in Advanced Manufacturing (D.RE.A.M.) Project of Città della Scienza was born from the wish to create a space dedicated to innovation and new digital manufacturing technologies.
Implemented thanks to the Ministry of Education funding for the project "CDS 2.0 - new products and services of the knowledge economy," the D.RE.A.M. Project is an initiative which aims at intercepting the opportunities of business, industrial and social development given by the advent of digital technologies in advanced manufacturing.

Thanks to a surface wider than 1000 square metres the DREAM Project, located inside Città della Scienza, manages its activities through a digital fabrication laboratory equipped with the most forefront technologies, extensive areas for education and experimentation, co-working areas,and a classrooms for digital teaching. Furthermore, thanks to a team of professional experts, D.RE.A.M. Project is able to offer services and innovative solutions for digital manufacturing, coding, electronics, robotics and automation.
Activities are organized especially in:
- A high level education program (D.RE.A.M. Academy);
- A FabLab (D.RE.A.M. FabLab) endowed with the most advanced digital fabrication tools, electronics and robotics technologies;
