Hi, I am Enid Fay and I live in Singapore and invests in good properties that have good capital appreciation particularly in strategic locations. Kopar Newton for me is a good condo project from a trustworthy developer. Plus, the entry price is reasonable and one gets a number of comfortable amenities just in close proximity. On considering the rental Kopar Newton, is worthy to be bought if a person plans to give a flat on rent and I too have invested in one 3 BHK condo.
