The Innovation and Entrepreneurship HUB at the University of Sharjah serves as a dynamic ecosystem designed to inspire creativity, foster entrepreneurial thinking, and accelerate the development of innovative ideas into impactful solutions. The HUB provides a collaborative space for students, researchers, and industry partners to engage in interdisciplinary projects, startup incubation, and technology commercialization.

Complementing the HUB is the Fabrication Laboratory (FabLab), a state-of-the-art prototyping facility equipped with advanced digital fabrication tools, including 3D printers, CNC machines, laser cutters, and electronic workbenches. The FabLab empowers innovators to design, prototype, and test physical products and smart technologies, bridging the gap between concept and real-world application.

Together, the HUB and FabLab support the full innovation lifecycle — from ideation and design to validation and launch — aligning with the UAE’s national innovation strategy and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and problem-solving across the university and beyond.
