The "Sala Criativa CulturaTech" is a space dedicated to strengthening Maker Culture in the community and the region. In addition to the technological structure (Sala Criativa), the "CulturaTech: Programmed Creativity" project promotes a training program for students, teachers and the local community throughout this school year, culminating in December with a large exhibition open to the public in the region. The "Sala Criativa CulturaTech" can also be understood as an acceleration and innovation program at the school (specifically the Doutor Paulo da Silva Couto Municipal Elementary School, in the city of São Leopoldo, in the extreme south of Brazil). This initiative is sponsored by Nubank.
