Sean Solley and Katrin Boening design small, smart spaces. These include adaptations to existing homes and work spaces. An integral component of their approach is the design of furniture and lighting that responds to the unique needs of individual users. Their most recent works; created during a year in Berlin, have explored the concept of Design on Demand. Products are fabricated from the surplus of commercial manufacturing and designed to enable owners to adapt the end product by exploiting regional trades and resources.
